Hey all — we’re looking for the right person to take over the entire private upstairs of our Lockeland Springs bungalow starting February 1. Great fit for someone who values neighborhood, privacy, and an easygoing, respectful home.

The space is a cozy, character-filled converted attic with lots of light, multiple nooks, and a surprising amount of privacy for a shared house.

About the Space:
• Entire upstairs to yourself
• Private half-bath (sink + toilet + tub)
• Main (awesome) shower shared downstairs — has worked smoothly for years
• Dedicated mini-split A/C upstairs
• Washer/dryer, dishwasher, air fryer, etc.
• Backyard + shed hangout space
• No pets (landlord rule)

Rent: $1300/mo + $1300 deposit
Includes all utilities — electric, gas, water, Google Fiber, lawn care, pest control. One flat number, no surprises.

Location:
Steps from Lockeland Table, Urban Cowboy, Bill’s Sandwich Palace, Groceries Etc., and close to Five Points & Shelby Park.

House Vibe:
You’ll share common areas with two respectful, clean, creative music-industry guys. We’ve had a mix of male and female housemates over the years — always an easy, courtesy-first dynamic.
