2) the complex is gated, has a dog park/dogwash station, tennis/pickleball courts, a pool and a gym. Only a 1 level walk up in the back of the complex so it’s very quiet.
3) Current roommate is a 29 yr old female who works from home. Very clean and organized person and planning on adopting a dog soon, so please be pet friendly.
