Fully furnished, all inclusive, private In-law apa

This fully furnished in-law apartment is attached to our home, but has a separate and private entrance. It's just me and my husband here in the main house which sits on a 2+ acre lot that backs up to the Cumberland River. There is a beautiful view if you walk back to the Ridge (but no direct water access). The sunrise is beautiful if the clouds aren't too thick! We even have had a bald eagle visit.
This location has easy access to the interstate to get to any area of Nashville you may need to go. Most can be reached in 20 minutes or less.
The home is all inclusive, including YouTube TV service, so all you will need are your personal items! I am an experienced host for short and mid term stays. I can provide references.
This rental is best suited for a single occupant. One parking space is designated for you in the carport right next to the entrance.
We do require a background/credit check. 90day min lease.
Caged pets may be considered.
