One bedroom for rent(2b1b), 725$ /month, available

Hey everyone. I am looking for a male roommate around my age to take over my current roommate's lease. The apartment is located 246 white bridge pike, walking distance to Target, Trader Joe's, Kroger, Planet Fitness and lots of restaurants etc. Driving 10 minutes to Costco, Walmart, Publix and etc.

Apartment is a 2 bed, 1 bath. I have all furniture for the living room and kitchen so you don't need to worry about it except you need to buy your own for your bedroom.
The monthly rent is $725/person + utilities (comes out to about $800/month.) The new contract will come into effect on February 1st. The management require you must have a minimum income of $2200 per month, student loans or proof of sufficient funds available. 650 credit score, no evictions or landlord disputes and pass a background check.

Move in date is as soon as needed, but the sooner the better. I am 26 years old and a graduate student from Tennessee state university and continue studying for at least 3 years.
