I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Goodlettsville. Total rent is $1,519/month and includes water. I’m asking $800/month plus your share of the electric bill.

About the household:

I have young children who stay with me every other week, so kids are naturally part of the household.

I’m also currently fostering two cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with animals. Animal lovers are welcome, but please consider allergies before applying.

The home is clean and functional but definitely lived-in. I’d describe it as organized chaos rather than a perfectly staged show home. We clean up after ourselves and expect the same consideration from a roommate.

Who I’m looking for:

Someone responsible, respectful, easygoing, and comfortable sharing a home with children and animals. You should be considerate of shared spaces, reasonably clean, respectful of privacy and boundaries, and reliable with rent and household responsibilities.

Women and nonbinary applicants will be prioritized, although all respectful and qualified applicants are welcome to reach out. The safety and comfort of my children and pets will always come first.
