You will have a private room suite with a full bath. The bedroom includes a full bed win memory foam mattress & additional in foam topper, closets, ceiling fan, and blackout curtains. The private living room includes a " smart TV, recliner, desk, microwave, Keurig, minifridge, and pantry.

There is a solidcore door in the hallway to the suite with keypad lock, providing additional privacy, security, and sound proofing.

Shared spaces are a modern kitchen, laundry room, deck, and main entrance. You will have one designated covered parking space.

I live in the home and am happy to greet guests and be available if questions or needs arise. I value a peaceful, respectful household and tend to keep a quiet, independent routine. While I'm friendly and approachable, I'm not seeking a social or sharedliving experience.
