Two furnished private rooms available in a big, quiet 3-bedroom house. I'm renting the rooms, but honestly this is a home, not just a room rental — if you live here, it's your home too. Use the living room, the kitchen, and the huge backyard like they're yours. Just keep everything clean and undamaged.

THE ROOMS
• Room 1 and Room 2 (see labeled photos) — each furnished with a bed and a desk
• $650/month per room, plus your share of utilities
• No lease — month to month. All I ask is 30 days' notice before you move out

THE HOUSE
• One bathroom upstairs, shared between you, the other renter, and me
• Full kitchen and a big, comfortable living room
• Huge backyard: fire pit, outdoor seating, a small tool garage, and my handmade punching bag setup — you're welcome to train on it
• Two more tenants live downstairs (a quiet persons in their 50s). They have their own entrance at the back and their own space — we're completely separate. Upstairs has its own front and side entrances
• Laundry: no washer/dryer upstairs, but there's a laundromat 4 minutes away, open 24/7 (I go every week)

ABOUT ME
I'm 28 and I live upstairs. My home is where I relax and feel peaceful — I meditate, train, study, work, read, listen to music. I cook, and I clean up after myself. I'm respectful to my neighbors and the people around me, and I expect the same from the people who live here. That's not a list of restrictions — it's just manners.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Working or studying, clean, calm, respectful people. If you have self awareness and easy to live with, we'll get along just fine.

HOUSE RULES — please read before messaging
• Absolutely no hard drugs — cocaine, crack, anything of that kind. Not inside, not outside, not ever. If that's part of your life, please don't message me. This one is non-negotiable.
• No drug dealers, no problematic people, no trouble of any kind near my home.
• Alcohol: a beer or a glass of wine is fine — I have one myself sometimes. But this is not a place for heavy drinking or alcohol problems.
• Smoking / 420: never inside the house. Outside only, away from the house, and keep it reasonable — this is a calm home, not a hangout spot.
• No parties and no big gatherings.
• No bringing home people you just met — no dates, no Tinder, no strangers. I don't want to come home to someone I don't know sitting on my couch. Once we've lived together a while and there's mutual trust, we can talk. Until then, the house stays private.
• Clean up after yourself. Whatever you're doing in the house — cooking, bathroom, living room — when you're done, clean up and go on. Leave the house the way you found it, and keep it that way.
