Hi everyone! I have a private bedroom and bathroom available for rent in my condo in Donelson starting soon, with a flexible lease through May or June 2027.

The room can come furnished with a bed if needed, and you’ll have full access to the shared spaces including the living room, kitchen, patio, and a home office setup if you work remotely.

The house is in Donelson, which is one of Nashville’s most convenient neighborhoods. You’re 10–15 minutes to downtown, close to the airport, and walking or short driving distance to great spots like Party Fowl, Red Door Saloon, Midnight Oil, TennFold Brewing, and other Donelson favorites. Super easy access to I-40 and the greenway as well.
