Bedroom available in a 5bed/3 bath house in Antioch.

The room is about 200sqft, big enough to comfortably fit a King bed, desk, dresser and have plenty of room left over.

This bedroom shares a bathroom with 2 other roommates. Current roommates are males in our 30's-50's. House is not a party house but we do have friends over from time to time. We expect common courtesy with keeping shared space neat and clean.

The house has large open living spaces, a medium sized yard and a large deck. 2 large loft areas are available for everyone's shared use. Kroger, Walmart and other groceries are a 5 minute drive away, downtown Nashville is a 30 minute drive away.

The room is unfurnished. Shared areas in the house are all furnished. Washer/dryer and dishwasher are available in the house.

Rent will be $750/month. Rent does NOT include utilities. Utilities are split between roommates and run to about $150/month. Free street parking is available next to the house.

Fully refundable security deposit of $900 required at lease signing.

Lease will be month to month.

No pets allowed.

Application with a background and criminal check required ($30 fee).
