This is a home sharing arrangement in a multigenerational home in Woodbury. There is room for four people and two areas are occupied by two generations of the same family, mother and daughter. We are looking for a compatible housemate. The room is $875 with ample closet and storage space. Partly furnished with bed frame, chair, chest of drawers, full length mirror, dresser, bookcase, chair, side table, small lamps and floor lamps, hardwood floors. This room is in the new addition that is only 33 years old, the rest of the house is over 100 years old. Great character. All utilities including high speed Internet included. Shared spaces are laundry room, craft room and living room. Both the craft room and the living room have TVs for gaming or streaming. This room will share a kitchen with one other housemate. The kitchen has dishwasher, full size refrigerator, pod coffee maker, electric stove, silverware, pots and pans and almost everything needed, including a dining table. There is a whole house water filter to remove chemicals and minerals from the water and a Reverse Osmosis drinking water filter at the kitchen sink. The bathroom for this room is attached and has a built-in dressing table. This room also has access to a shared sun room (shared with one other housemate) and direct access to the deck. This room will share an entrance through a sunroom which will be shared with one other room. There is a deck with fire pit and front porch with swing. There is a fenced in area for pets. There are already pets in the home so new pets will have to get along with the current pets. There is plenty of room for growing flowers or vegetables. Home is in a walkable area close to library, dentist, post office, Walgreens and restaurants/fast food. Looking for friendly respectful person to share our house
