Furnished Apartment within my home!

Up till now, I have rented out the Cozy Rest to students interning at the Oak Ridge, labs, or people coming to town on temporary jobs. But I’d actually like to have a compatible roommate. I am old, but very young at heart. I love to read and write and paint. I love to go out and listen to live music, but my eyesight prevents me from driving too far in the dark. I have a big Spiritual side, but I’m not judgmental.. My ideal roommate will have a happy attitude and a good sense of humor. The little suite has a small kitchenette, its own private bathroom and a bedroom with a TV. there is not a lot of room for storage, but you’re free to replace the little dresser. I live on the top of a hill here in Oak Ridge, which is growing by leaks and bounds. I have a laundry with a washer and dryer which are old and need to be treated kindly. There’s a fireplace in the living room that’s in great shape!. The backyard is fit for a garden although at the moment I’m a little too weak to do it. The driveway is big enough for two cars although there’s always room on the street. The lease will be only month to month, but of course it could be longer. I am a big Health nut and have all kinds of healing gadgets, including a hyperbaric chamber! And a very fancy water machine that makes Light infused water! In other words, I am doing my best to stay young, I don’t look 74 years old, but sometimes I feel it. So I probably need someone when a few life lessons behind them. I think I said 35 but older would be even better! Everything’s close in this town. I’m right behind the hospital, but the traffic is getting as crazy as Knoxville.
