Room For Rent

Large room for rent, 15x15, it has its own entrance. The lights, lock, ac/heating unit electrical outlets are wifi. It has a brand new queen-size gel foam mattress that is soooo comfortable, a 60-inch tv, a dresser, a nightstand, a desk, and bookshelves. The washer/dryer is right outside your door. You would HAVE YOUR OWN BATHROOM. You will have free rain and access to the whole house and backyard. I have a shed in the backyard if you need to store a few things. This is a nice safe older established neighborhood. I know all my neighbors.
I'm 50 yrs old woman, never married, no kids. I'm a free spirit, fun-loving happy single person. I do not sweat the small stuff and I don't do anything negative. I work from home so I'm always here. I don't mind cooking for you or doing your laundry. I do have a big Doberman Pincher that will be your friend too.
My ideal roommate/renter is a mature responsible, open-minded male aged 35 to around 60. Someone that has a good disposition in life. Not a person walking around in a lousy mood reflecting your bad energy around my house. It's just not fun. Someone that works away from home, stays busy, and is hardly ever home. Someone that stays to himself not interested in me or what I'm doing but is sociable and not a stick in the mud. You must be clean and pick up after yourself but not too ocd and definitely not a germaphobe. Someone that won't mind taking the trash out or helping me with little things around the house like lifting something heavy or mowing the grass every now and then without feeling like he has just put in a full day's hard labor and now I owe him. I would never demand or expect you to help me I would just ask. No smoking in the house.
Im asking for 125 a week which covers utilities, no contract is needed. I will do a light background check to make sure you are not a rapist or a chomo. Other than that I'm a pretty good judge of character.
