We have a private bedroom with private bathroom that is available in a great location!

This bedroom is in a 5-bedroom house so you will be living with 4-others. This bedroom has its own bathroom and it is for 1-person only. No pets and no smoking are allowed. Includes all utilities and wifi.

All the rooms in the house - living rooms (there are two), dining rooms, and kitchen - are furnished.

$710/month.

The house also comes equipped with a washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryers, a 32" Smart TV, plates, pans, dishes, cups, glasses, silverware, towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets.

There is no long-term lease agreement or long-term contract to sign but a 30-day move-out notice is required.

This is a smoke-free and drama-free house.

There is a $360 deposit and a month-to-month contract to sign to protect both parties.

The location is very convenient. It is a 6.5 mile drive to the University of Texas at Arlington, a 6.9 mile drive to Texas Wesleyan University, and a 13.3 mile drive to TCU. You can be in downtown Fort Worth in under 15 minutes, downtown Dallas in under 30 minutes and downtown Arlington in approximately 15 minutes.
