One Male (orientation unimportant) Companion / Housemate sought for ranch home - no pets; no smoking; quiet and private person please; mutual respect required. Quiet, non-party home pertinent. Will have the space to yourself MOST OF THE TIME as I travel often.
We'll each wear headsets so as to not bother each other with music or television please.
The ranch can be disabled friendly (ie, wheelchair) by simply adding a ramp. Every thing you need is on one floor.
Outside parking spot available; garage spot is available for extra cost.
Washer and dryer - Laundry right off kitchen.
Again, mostly I travel so most often you will have flat to yourself. You may also rent May, June, July and August here only 3 miles from Rogers beach and quick walk or ride to the Village and area restaurants. Rent for Summer months are more expensive.
