2 rooms are available for rent in large fully furnished house for $1100 rent per room. Ideally looking for grad students or young professionals who will maintain a clean, respectful and friendly environment.

One bedroom is downstairs and the other bedroom is upstairs, each with a full bathroom next to the room. The house is fully furnished with kitchen supplies, etc. and each bedroom can come with a bed, dresser, and/or desk. The house has three bedrooms and an extra office/den, but whoever rents the rooms will mostly be sharing the entire house with one other person - the third roommate is a 30 year old female professional who owns the house who will be mostly living in NYC.

The house is 9 minutes and 3 miles from the hospital by car. It's within walking distance from the beach, train station, Avalon park, and the Stony Brook Village Center. There are three large common areas with hardwood floors, washer/dryer in the basement, and a backyard with a deck.
