Hi, There! this is a brand new place, located on the second floor, perfect for a professional or a student who is looking for a quiet place to stay. The utilities are not included but are very small. The apartment has two bedrooms, I?m only doing a short time rental for one of them. Details: The room have a huge closet with its own bathroom and it comes completely furnished, including a queen size mattress, night stand, a HD tv, etc. Also, there is a washer & dryer in the unit! Public transportation Is nearby and the train last stop is located a block away from the building. There is also a small miniature schnauzer dog (11 pounds) with hypoallergenic hair, a very gentle fella, who lives here, he is super clean and quiet!

About me: I'm a very easy going, responsible, respectful, nice and hard working person. I tried to spend time with family every time there is a chance.
