1 Bedroom w/ Private Bathroom in Suburbs

We are looking to rent out our 1 Bedroom on the first floor of a 3 bedroom duplex. We are a family of four, plus a dog (Parents with two young children) who occupy the 2nd floor bedrooms and bathroom and use the common space (living room, kitchen on the ground floor). We are looking for a nice, quiet tenant who has references and mixes well with our housing situation. Rent includes gas, electricity, hot water, air conditioning and WiFi. Cable would be separate. Access to Washer/Dryer in unit.

This is a quiet gated community with access to a gym, indoor basketball court, and pool (during summer). Only 5-7 minutes from the Long Island Expressway, and 15 minute drive to Ronkonkoma Train Station and local airport (Islip).

$750/Month. 1/2 month for security deposit. Willing to do month to month rental with 30 days notice prior to vacate. We just re-signed a 12 month lease so the right tenant could be with us for the duration

Also, this room will be completely unfurnished. We do have an extra night stand if that helps but otherwise you'd be responsible for your own furniture.

No children and no couples please. Looking for a quiet individual looking for a nice place to rent.
