3 Floor house for 2 people

Ad ref# 100881463

This is a 3 floor house that was built recently - so everything is pretty new and neat. Free laundry. Ready to move in right now. I am looking for 1 roommate - so there will only be 2 people living in the house. Lot of free space. I live on a 3rd floor. You'll live on 2nd and will have 3 rooms for yourself (all 3 on a second floor, see pictures). 1.5 bathrooms. Huge living room with kitchen. Basement with washer/dryer. Everything is nice and clean.
Located right near Blue Line - Orient Heights (1 min walk to the station). If you take train to Downtown Boston - it's 8 min to Aquarium and 10 min to State Street/Gov Center. If you drive - there's a highway right nearby - takes 5-10 min to be at Government Center through the tunnel. No traffic lights, no stops - very easy and quick. Tolls are discounted for residents so only 30 or 40 cents. Parking is very easy and always available right near the house.
There are 3 floors, basement and the backyard in the house.
First floor is a living room, kitchen and first bathroom. Second floor - there are 3 rooms on a second floor. All empty as I live on a 3rd floor. There's also another bathroom on a second floor. Since I live on a 3rd floor, pretty much all 3 rooms that are empty on a second floor are for the person who moves in. Basement has a laundry and the dryer all free. There some furniture in the house, even bed and racks if you need it, but can bring yours.
Since I'm being asked often - again - there are only 2 people are going to be living in the house - myself and my roommate. There are no pets in the house right now. It might be okay if you have a cat, but I'll need to check with the landlord. I've been living in this house for 7 years already. Landlord lives in the house across the street and he is a Boston Police Officer, so he'll double check you are not wanted psychopath. Since I know him for so long he lets me chose a roommate who I will be comfortable with. The price is low for sq. feet you are getting because again, I've been living here for so long, the price almost never went up in all these years. I lived with one of my roommates for 5 years, he got married and moved away. Another my roommate been here for 2 years and now moving out. So ideally I'm looking for someone long term as I am not planning on moving out any time soon.
I am 29 male, have masters in finance from Suffolk University working in downtown Boston in the financial company. I don't party at home, like ever, but it's okay to have friends over once in a while. The price with utilities would be around $1150-1200/month. Also, please, no couples, no exclusions. I am only looking for 1 person to move in.

Feel free to text me any time if you have any questions. Calling probably not the best, but if you do, please leave a voicemail so I can call you back, because I don't usually answer random numbers.
