Hi! Looking to sign a roommate for 9/1 ASAP!!

Room would be ~$1,325 + WiFi + Electric (never more than ~$100 combined in high-usage months, usually averages ~$60)

Spacious, well-lit room in a 2-bedroom apartment located within walking distance of Boston College. The apartment has a comfortable living room (unfurnished), fully equipped kitchen, and shared bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and residential with access to public transportation and local amenities. Right by Chandler Pond; serene views!

I am 30 and work as a biomedical researcher at a Boston area hospital. I am looking to have a relatively organized living environment with friendly vibes. I work regular-to-long hours and appreciate open communication about shared space, but am always up for having guests over. The ideal roommate would be someone who values tidiness without excessive nitpicking and prefers a peaceful home atmosphere.

Looking for someone who can commit to at least a lease term. The space works well for someone focused on their career or studies who appreciates a well-maintained, considerate living situation.
