Seeking one roommate for spacious 2 bed 1 bath townhouse in Brighton center for flexible April move in. Roommate is lovely, friendly, and reliable female young professional. Landlords are very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately I need to end my lease early, or I?d have been happy to stay.

Available space includes small room for storage or other personal use (currently has a desk in it that is for sale), in addition to average size bedroom. Bathroom and kitchen are updated and well maintained. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, and microwave. Free laundry in basement! Average size closet in bedroom plus additional closet in small room.
