We're looking for tenants (3 bedrooms available) to move in on January 1st on an annual lease. Looking for clean, organized, working professionals who doesn't smoke and are relatively quiet during the work week.

The 3 story house is located in Brighton and is very big and has a lot of space. It was fully renovated in 2012. The room is not furnished however we do have an extra dresser. The house has 2 full bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, reading/yoga room, small guest room, and massive backyard and deck. Laundry and dryer are in the basement. There is street parking in front of the house but you must have an Allston-Brighton permit otherwise there are a few guest spots further down the street. We are also 2 minutes from the BC T stop and less than 10 minutes from Brighton Center and Oak Square where busses run on Washington Street.

Rent is $775/month plus utilities.
