26 F with a room with a private bath, off-street parking, dishwasher, and laundry in basement. Unit is in a 2-unit building between the 57/501/503 and 64 bus routes. Laundry is included in the rent, the driveway is long enough for 3 sedans, and the back steps make a nice sitting area during the warmer months.

About me: I'm 26, work full-time at a hospital downtown (usually day shift, but that's more of a suggestion sometimes), and mostly keep to myself. I find it easier to book a table at a restaurant with my friends than to have a party at home. Outside of work, I can usually be found at the gym, ballet, or off exploring somewhere. I've lived in this apartment for almost four years with a revolving door of roommates, so I have a lot of communal items. There are currently three of us living here, but I don't know if my other roommate is staying or going, so I may be looking for a second new person. Rent is $900, and I'm open to dropping cable to save on utilities. I can start giving tours next week. Tours are available in person or via Skype/FaceTime/whatever people use these days.
