Hey, I have an apartment on the North Shore of Staten Island not far from the ferry. My roommate is moving out 10/1 so I’ve been looking around. It’s 900 each a month without utilities, two bedrooms on the smaller side, a bathroom with a big shower, living room, small backyard.
