2-room suite available in St. George

Two adjoining rooms on third floor of a house in St. George, available for one non-smoking person only. You will have the third floor to yourself.
On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.
On the first floor, a single bedroom, living room and large eat-in kitchen. There is a large backyard with a patio under a pergola to sit on.
There is a washer in the basement available at no additional cost. Laundry is dried on lines inside or out and drying racks.
NOTE: the rent does NOT include utilities. There is an additional charge of $150. per month against actual cost of utilities.
I usually spend about a month per year staying at the house, having minor repairs and upgrades done.
