The studio is clean, uncluttered, and thoughtfully arranged with a sleeping area, lounging space, and a full kitchen. Includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and essentials for everyday living. The bathroom is private.

Conveniently located just minutes from the Staten Island Ferry, buses, and local shops—offering easy access to Manhattan while remaining in a calm, residential area.

Smoking is permitted. This is a short-term accommodation intended for weekly stays, with the possibility of up to two weeks at a time. We are not seeking long-term tenants.

The apartment is in a quiet building with families and older residents, so we are looking for quiet, clean, working professionals, preferably 25+, who will respect the peaceful environment.
