Partially furnished to avoid and prevent move in or move out damage to the walls and floors.

- Utilities and WIFI are NOT included. The utility bills (Electric, Gas, Heat and WIFI) will be spilt between all roommates living in the apartment during the time of the bill statement period.
- Shared Kitchen and two bathroom's
- Dedicated cabinet space in kitchen cabinet as well as access to all kitchen appliances
- Fire Extinguisher and Smoke detectors
- No smoking in or on the house property.
- Smoking, drugs, and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the house.
- Only single professionals, Medical students, and International students.
- Women are preferred, as there are no men in my home.

The room is located on Castleton Avenue, one block from Cebra Avenue and Victory Boulevard. This location is close to Key Food, Wendy’s, Cultural restaurants, Pizzeria’s and other amenities.
- S46 Bus stop just a few steps away traveling 6 minutes to the Staten Island Ferry.
- S61, S62, S66, S91, and S92 can also be accessed on Victory Boulevard one block away.

The rent is $900 per month, and a one-month security deposit plus an additional $250 for utility security is required to move in after a required background check is completed. Upon moving out of the apartment, your security will be returned so long as there are no outstanding rent or utility bills that were not paid during your stay. This room rental is month-to-month, but if it doesn’t work out, you will be given 30 days’ notice to move out of the rental room.

The ideal tenant is clean, quiet, and respectful of my property and privacy. This is my home, and I expect the same level of respect from my tenants.
