Differentials are from $1500 individuals with pets and families of no more than four, for small, mid size , large pet and for short term or Vacation rental One year or less. If you install an air-conditioner, it has to be approved in writing by owner. . Air conditioners are for a fee of $100 during the warm months. These include MAY JUNE JULY AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER ( May and September are warm, months up to October 15 when heating start) or long term/ permanent stay since all utilities are paid. by management..

***Generally two fans including a window fan is adequate for cross ventilation. Without a window fan keep windows open and use standing fans. THERE ARE NO CHARGES FOR FANS.

There is an airconditioner, a fan and an extra refrigerator in the balcony room for large balcony room.

Wi-Fi and all utilities are included.

Non refundable one time $200 of key/ cleaning Deposit.

This room fits up to a family of four. More than Four in the party or Family please inquire by messaging us on Spareroom. We accept inquiries for more than 4 in this second room.

Daily Rental is only $100 per day.., minimum 3 days rental 3 days non refundable Security deposit for daily rentals.. You pay upfront for your rental.

Headphones are a requisite for music and Games.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO KIND OF SMOKING IN THIS PREMISES INCLUDING THE BATHROOMS :: No VAPING, WEED, MARIJUANA HOOKER CIGARETTES. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING.

All rooms here are nice, clean and most delightful.. it is very quiet here.
