• Utilities: water, internet, gas & electric Included.
• Terms: First month + 1 month Security Deposit.
• Note: No backyard access is included and parking in this area is plentiful and easy.

OR:

1 large bedroom with a private bathroom for $1500 available for rent to a female. Internet included but other utilities will be split.

• Rent: $1,500/month with (2) closets and private bathroom (includes use of w/d and dishwasher).
• Utilities: water and internet is included. Split 1/3 Electric & Gas.
• Terms: First month + 1 month Security Deposit.
• Note: No backyard access is included and parking in this area is plentiful and easy.

About the current household:
I am 34, F, and have two small children that go to school during the day and with their father half the time. I work from home as a paralegal and enjoy peace at home but also pretty laid back during the off peak hours and days. I love a good DIY project and doing things with my kids. I also have family that come to visit and live nearby.

Ideal roommate for either option:
I am a hardworking professional and parent looking for a respectful, clean, and reliable individual. This is a laid back fun family environment, but not a party spot, though i do have other family/friends visit and don’t mind the occasional guest! But no sleep overs will be allowed at any time.

• No pets.
• Must be okay with children in the home.
