I’m literally just looking for roommates. I met other roommates on here and it’s been successful but work caused them to move.

Both rooms will be cleaned up, one will have minor damage fixed ahead of moving in.

Smaller room can come furnished, doesn’t have to. Larger room can come furnished as well if needed.

Larger room two windows and in room AC, oversized closet.

Smaller room, one window, two elevated closets. Not really small but smaller than the big room.

Great neighborhood, plenty of parking, plenty of space, safe, 3 blocks from Wagner HS. No wild parties, just living a normal life.

Roommates are:

1) 44 yo divorced dad, 3 kids that visit frequently but no overnights.

2) 35 yo single male with GF, stays over from time to time.

Two dogs in house. 1 stays in 35 year olds room. No other dogs allowed.

Other dog stays downstairs when I’m not home. Super friendly. Lab and Maltese.

Pool in the summer, plenty of parking, plenty of storage, great location, awesome house, quiet roommates, normal jobs. Guests allowed, overnight guests just a courtesy heads up is expected.

Shared bathroom, just responsible for rent, own food and cleaning up after yourself.
