Located in the Staten Island – South shore Arden Heights section. Room available as of January 2026.

Seeking someone kind, friendly and easy-going with warm positive energy. Someone who enjoys a peaceful comforting home.

We like to keep things clean and tidy in the common areas. Friendly, but also mindful and respectful of privacy and space. Mornings and nights are usually quiet and relaxing.

*Bedroom currently furnished with a comfortable twin sized bed, night table, bookshelf, large double door closet with ample storage space/shelving, celing fan and air conditioner provided to keep comfortable and cool during the warm summer months. Desk/chair available upon request.

Lots of windows, and ample light. Spacious kitchen access available with stove/ toasteroven /coffee maker/blender. Newly renovated shared bathroom. New bedroom doors, and hardwood floors installed throughout. Please see photos. :)

Located in a nice cozy area to call home, with lovely neighbors. Excellent street parking. Public transportation located nearby making traveling extremely convenient.

*Fire/smoke alarms installed throughout home to ensure safety. Security alarm surveillance newly installed on the property as safety and comfort is a priority.
