Room + upstairs living room available

I have a large house in Windsor with a room (downstairs) and an upstairs living room available. Tenant can have their own bathroom (not connected to the room).

Photos include kitchen, upstairs living room, bedroom and bathroom.

Fully furnished—couches, tv, and table upstairs; bed and drawers (if you want them) in the bedroom.

The master bedroom and the downstairs living room are where I exist.

There is a garage space but it’s not for cars. Can fit some stuff in it if you need extra storage space. Plenty of parking, large gravel driveway.

I have a rabbit, he’s chill and not messy. He has his own room but also free roams the house (except for upstairs, he’s not allowed up there. If you let him into your room he will enter, but that’s up to you).

Need to keep shared spaces clean, no smoking inside, no hard drugs or alcoholics (casual drinking is chillin ofc).

Overnight guests are fine as long as it’s not too often (you cannot move your partner into my house).

No drama or weird stuff please

Space is available in April. Lease is drawn up based on mutually agreed upon amount of time.

Just looking for a generally clean, chill person
