Hello! I’m looking for a responsible, quiet individual (woman preferred) to rent a private upstairs bedroom in my 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in Windsor. The room comes fully furnished with a twin bed, TV, desk, and chair. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with a friendly and respectful woman. She is very quiet and barely home (I probably have seen her like 3 times since she moved in).

The room will be available starting November 1st.

There will be a total of 6 people in the house, including you. My husband and I stay in the master bedroom upstairs, my parents live downstairs and use one living room, and the other lady you'll be sharing a bathroom will lives upstairs. We also have a super friendly and playful dog named Kira.

The house has 2 living rooms – one will be used by my parents, and the other is shared by me, my husband, you, and the other lady you'll be sharing a bathroom with.

The rent is $800/month, which includes all utilities, as well as access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video if you’d like. The kitchen is shared with everyone in the house, and there’s a separate fridge that you’ll use with the other housemate. Street parking is available right in front of the house.

Your bedroom has a fingerprint security lock for privacy, as well as a door code for easy access to the house instead of a traditional key.
