I am a very clean person and keep a clean home . Will need to clean up after yourself and help with keeping common areas clean. Off road parking washer and dryer on site .
I have lived here for 20 yrs has a large beautiful back yard with natural spring that runs all year round looking for someone thats respectful pays rent on time when due. You will be splitting the Garbage with me and that’s every three months price $168 every three months. And PG&E, gas and electric and if you’re conservative like I am, the bill is very cheap. I can’t allow any more animals. I already have two crazy cats and small dog. I love music. I love entertaining communication personalities having my well friends over for dinner or movie or to go shopping whatever we do for fun I am a very young 63 very young at heart. And very easy to get along with I’m very easy-going and I have no drama here don’t like drama. My house is 420 friendly, but you must smoke outside. And please no overnighters.
