We are looking for a positive, drama free, respectful, considerate, stable, responsible, and clean roommate to share our newer, spacious townhouse.

Please have a healthy lifestyle, be clean, and be respectful of others' space and privacy. No smokers, drug users, or heavy drinkers.

House: A newer 3-bedroom, 3-bath home. The main living area is furnished and clean. Each roommate has their own bedroom and bathroom. The bedrooms have good separation and abundant natural light.

Room: The room is unfurnished, approximately 10.5' x 11.5' with two closets, and a full private bathroom (shower/bathtub).

Location: This home is located in a nice, quiet, newer pocket in western Santa Rosa, convenient to Rohnert Park, Cotati, Sebastopol, and Santa Rosa. There is a great neighborhood park and walking paths nearby.

Pets: Sorry, no more pets. We already have a sweet orange tabby. Important: We'd prefer someone who actually likes cool cats and is happy to feed and let him in/out when other roomies are out of town.

Cost: Rent plus $150/mo for utilities and WiFi. The security deposit is $500. Lease will be month to month, but we would like to find someone looking for a long-term fit.
