One unfurnished private bedroom is available in a shared 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Northwest Santa Rosa, near Guerneville Road and Ridley Avenue and within one mile of Finley Community Park and Coddingtown Mall.

The renter will have a full bathroom that is essentially private. Household guests may occasionally use the toilet or sink, but no one other than the renter and the renter's own guests will be permitted to shower in that bathroom.

The home includes an attached garage, washer and dryer, shared kitchen and living areas, shared driveway parking, and a small fenced backyard and side yard. The third bedroom will remain available as a guest room rather than being rented out.

Water and garbage are included. The renter pays 50% of PG&E and 50% of cable/internet if desired. The agreement is month-to-month, with a six-month stay preferred. Smoking or vaping is permitted outdoors only.
