collage home Hello, I’m looking for one other roommate to share a home with located in Rincon Valley, Santa Rosa.

one out of two rooms have been taken.

There is one furnished small bedroom available. including a washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, utilities, and cleaning. The whole house is accessible including sunroom, only off limits room is the storage room

Bedroom price: $1,350

each room is 10x10 square feet

My goal is to maintain the home very clean home, so all that is required is you take care of your own room, maintain a clean bathroom, leave shared areas the same way you found them after use. This helps keep the home clean, tidy and is considerate of the next person using the space. I think those small things make it much easier for everyone to enjoy living together.

I am preferably looking for women in my age range (18-25.)

One important house rule is we don’t wear shoes in the house

I’d really like to find people who are kind, respectful towards house rules, tidy, communicate openly, and who like the idea of a peaceful, friendly, social environment where everyone feels comfortable

I do have a cat. Because of that, I’m unfortunately not able to allow any additional pets in the home. I hope you can understand, and thank you for being considerate of that
