Private room for rent in Northwest Santa Rosa

I’m a mid-30’s woman seeking a quiet, employed renter for my spare bedroom. Your rent would be $1200 which includes internet, water, sewer, trash, and concierge services. You would also pay half of the PG&E.

Must love cats! I have one indoor cat and you can too. The lease allows a maximum of two. I also have fish, but you don’t have to love them.

You’d have a mostly private bathroom because I have my own and unless there are guests (pretty infrequent for me), you’d be the only one using the communal bathroom.

Laundry is in a separate building on the property and has an app. $1.75 to wash, $1.75 to dry.

Property amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, gas grill, Amazon locker, 24-hour fitness room, night patrol, and trash valet service.

Parking is off-street and first come, or I can rent my reserved spot to you for an additional $100 per month. There is also a stop for the CityBus 6 line.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the complex, including the patio and parking lots. You have to leave the property entirely to smoke.

Partial furnishing optional, including a very nice futon.

Photos of the room and bathroom are stock from the apartment website until my current roommate moves out, but that’s the real living room and kitchen.
