Room for rent

Our house is right on Santa Rosa Ave so there are a bunch of stores and fast food restaurants close by including Costco, Target, smart and final, Trader Joe’s ect. Right around the corner is a little shopping center with a market, smoke shop, laundry mat(but we do have washer and dryer in the home) and a cannabis club across the street if you don’t happen to have a vehicle. Public transportation is near as well. We have a fenced off backyard and porch area to smoke at if u happen to be a smoker.

There are four rooms upstairs and one room downstairs which is my room.
The room is medium sized and you would be sharing a bathroom with two other roommates. One roommate has a very sweet pitbull who gets along with people and listens really well and I have one senior indoor cat that stays downstairs.
We all share the common areas and cooking utensils. Expect each other to all clean up after themselves and be respectful.
We are all pretty quiet and keep to ourselves but get along well.
