The property is a walking distance from Montgomery Village, an awesome shopping center, and a short drive to downtown Santa Rosa, the SRJC campus, and Annadel/Spring Lake. The two current roommates are Saul 25M and Sarah 25F, Saul is a graduate student at Sonoma State and Sarah manages a restaurant in Rohnert Park. I've included two photos of the room for rent, the furniture and clothes are not included! I've also included photos of the shared spaces such as the living room, kitchen, and the outdoor yards. I have not included pictures of our outdoor shed or laundry room which is also used as storage. If you have pets, we probably won't be able to offer you a room, but let's chat anyway! Smoking is okay, just keep it outside!
