We are interested in College and/or full time working females as this is what is currently in the house.

All shared living areas with tenants include, Kitchen, Large laundry room with front end washer and dryer, large, high ceiling and fan in dining room with wood floors, spacious living room with high ceilings, two fans, big bay window. In addition a large room with gas fireplace for your guests and family to visit.

Lots of off street parking with bus stop around corner. Very quiet country street in good neighborhood, aquatic center nearby as well as grocery, coffee shop, UPS and dining across the way, close to SRJC, downtown, actually central area for all directions.

Large fenced backyard, with hot tub/gazebo on an acre of property. (currently being remodeled)

Would prefer no pets. New flooring and paint, hall cabinet for towels and toiletry.
