I'm an active older female in good health and shape, please be also. My 4 bd/3 bath clean home is drama-free, quiet, well-kept and located down a private off-street driveway, in a safe Santa Rosa family-friendly neighborhood.

No cats, please. I live with a friendly, sweet Shiba Inu, so your small (25 lb max.), well-behaved, healthy, neutered/spayed dog, with current vaccinations, is welcome here. Let's have the dogs meet on a walk or a mellow dog park first, then at the house if all goes well.
