Looking for a roommate to share our 3 bedroom house in Rincon Valley. Tall fence keeps house more private. One quiet corner bedroom available.


Please note: Room can be furnished , partially furnished or not depending on your needs. I have a queen bed, Large smart Tv (tv in pictures is smaller, there is a much larger tv for that room), lamps, desk etc. if needed.

Price of room is to reflect all utilities included:. Prime Tv, WiFi, PG&E, Water, Garbage paid as well as washer and dryer in house and one parking space in driveway.


We stick to ourselves and are working females in our late 30's-mid 40's so house is peaceful. We are respectful of other’s belongings and privacy and keep things quiet. It is a good little spot for someone looking for a drama free home to retreat to on your downtime. Bathroom close by and includes a shower and bathtub.


Good, quiet neighborhood. Very close to a creek path for walking/running/bike riding, great parks in walking distance, grocery and convenient stores, good restaurants etc.


Kitchen/cooking/dining stuff stocked as I consider it for shared use. Appliances including air fryer, convection/counter/toaster oven, blender etc. Room for your kitchen essentials Designated kitchen and refrigerator space.
