Home Walking Distance From Downtown Santa Rosa

My home is located near downtown Santa Rosa. I have a bedroom available on the 1st of November. The house was originally a Victorian home and has been converted into a two unit home. I am located down stairs and my landlords are upstairs. I occupy the fenced in backyard while they occupy the front yard.?
I am a 24 year old female. I am out of the house often and I am very clean. I do not smoke, either cigarettes or weed. I do not have guests over often, and if I do they are usually gone by 9. I also have a very well behaved German Shepherd?who is the sweetest girl around and gets along with all other animals.?
I am mostly looking for someone who is kind, pays the bills on time and doesn't mind sharing the space.
The room does not have its own private bathroom attached, we would have to share the one.?
The home is very affordable for the area, well kept and it is a month to month lease. I should also mention the landlord is amazing, reasonable and respects our space.??
