Because this is a shared primary residence with the owner, we maintain a highly respectful, clean, and structured environment. The following rules are strictly non-negotiable:
Room is ideal for single occupants as it's only 73 square feet (Strictly no overnight guests)
No smoking / No vaping (Anywhere on the property, inside or out)
No partying or large social gatherings
Although pets are nice to have, I have allergies, so No pets are allowed
📋 Move-In Requirements:
Renters Insurance Required: To protect everyone's peace of mind, the tenant must maintain a basic renters insurance policy (minimum $100k personal liability) prior to move-in. This is standard, very easy to set up online, and typically costs around $12–$15 a month.
First month's rent + $1,250 (Furnished Room) or first month's rent + $1,150 (Unfurnished Room) security deposit due at lease signing.
Background check, proof of income, credit check, and references required.
