Room for rent. Great for students or professionals

Hello,
My name is Matthew and my housemates and I have a smaller but responsible sized 11’x11’ upstairs room for rent. The housemates share one full bath upstairs and one half bath downstairs. We share the kitchen and common space, with some space for storage in garage and possibly furniture in the house if needed.
Large backyard with patio, fruit trees, and weekly help from gardeners.
Most of the tenants are in their early/mid twenties. I am in my early forties. The house is social but always tidy and respectable and we will expect the same from any new housemates.
Bills are spilt recently and with variability of PGnE costs/season and trash bill coming once every 3 months monthly bills are usually $100 to $200(winter and/or trash month) each. Come by, see the place, meets some housemates, see if it’s a good fit!
