Room for rent in a quiet two-story townhouse at The Grove in Petaluma, just off Lakeville and close to the 101 and the SMART train. It is a 2 bed, 1 bath townhome a little over 1,000 square feet. Kitchen, living room and dining are downstairs with a private patio. Both bedrooms are upstairs with the bathroom between them, so each room has its own side. The open room faces the street, mine faces the playground.

Rent is a flat 1350 a month and covers your half of everything including water, sewer, trash, electric and gas, so no surprise utility bills. The community has a pool, gym, clubhouse, dog park and playground. The unit has central air, a fireplace, in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher and stainless appliances.

About me, I work full time on a morning shift and I am gone on weekdays from about 7am to 4pm, so you would have the place to yourself most of the day. I am clean, quiet and easy to live with and I am looking for the same.
