Greetings potential roommate I’m a 63-year-old man and I have a little 13 pound Chihuahua/small poodle and I’m looking for a quiet roommate, a student would be ideal. I’m early to bed early to rise and on the weekends. I watch soccer from England in the morning.. there’s a parking spot and I’m including utilities all the coffee you can put through my espresso machine! You would need to sign a lease with my current landlord. The room has a twin bed, full closet, bookshelves, and a desk. I live within a mile of downtown Petaluma. I also have a nice backyard and I’m going to have it set up with rogue workout equipment, which would also be available to my roommate.
