Available private bedroom and private bath in a three bed, two bath house located downtown Petaluma across from Walnut Park.
Square footage unknown, but currently has queen bed, nightstand, tall dresser, 3x3 cube organizer and a mini fridge. No extra room but everything fits.
$1,315 a month. Utilities not included.
Deposit $1,500
Water is covered, so we only pay Pge (last month $167), trash ($90 every three months), and comcast ($60 total)
Private parking. Washer/dryer in unit.
Female 20-30s preferred. Young working professionals and students welcome.
Not a party house.
No smoking. Single occupancy only. No couples or children.
Small pet under 40lbs negotiable for an additional $30/month.
A little about me: I am a young working professional in my mid 30s. I work full time outside of the home during the week Monday-Friday. In my free time I like go to the gym, walk downtown for coffee or happy hour, love to hike too! It would be just you and me sharing the space. (The ad made me list another roommate. It’s a 3bed, but only looking for one roommate.)
