Quiet sanctuary

The room is 10' by 10' with closet space, it has a north west facing wall and gets afternoon sun, however, it is the one room to stay the coolest in the hotter months. The property is a heritage sight and the units are converted chicken coops, so winter can get a little chilly, but the house can be kept warm when dropping the blinds (Place has its original single pane windows keeping this place eternally eclectic.
The room is currently furnished snd but can be moved in a flash.
Cats are welcomed
I observe a vegitarian diet, and i have one request in regard to living with meat eaters, please either cook your mest outside (Not in the kitchen as i dont want to smell this in my living space.) You can bring home prepared meat or cook it outside, just spair me the aggravation of having to smell on yhe house.
I work for UPS as a belt supervisor and keep odd hours, I sleep when I can sleep when I feel, I'll adjust to my next roommate, however, the only other request is that from 8:00 PM.(20:00) Monday through Friday be quiet time. All my roommates in the past enjoyed it, the neighbors appreciate it and observe it, however, things change in the summer monthems and ruls are more relaxed.
