Hello! I own a wonderful 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse in the Fountaingrove area of Northwest Santa Rosa. I'm a 53 year old professional female and I have a 5 year old dog. I'm looking for a like minded roommate to share my space. The HOA has the rule of no smoking. I'm generally quiet and pretty clean and I would like the same from my roommate.
